300g organic silken tofu (I used Clearspring organic silken tofu)
100g 85% dark chocolate (for low/no sugar version use 90-100 % and add stevia as below)
1/2 cup (50g) coconut oil
1/4 or 1/2 tsp chilli powder (optional but gives it a little kick)
1 tsp vanilla essence
Heat up tofu on low heat until broken down in small saucepan then progressively add coconut oil & chocolate stirring continuously until fully melted
Pour into small glass/clay jars and leave to cool then refrigerate until set
OR
300g organic silken tofu
2 heaped tbs raw cacao powder
3-4 tbs maple syrup or 1 1/2-2 tsp liquid stevia
1/4-1/2 tsp hot chilli powder (optional)
1/2 cup coconut oil melted
1 tsp vanilla essence
Blend until smooth then eat straight away as creamy pudding or refrigerate until set
