AVAILABLE DURING SCHOOL HOLIDAYS ONLY AND/OR FOR MUMS BOOKED ON THE STUDIO COURSE TO SUPPORT HOME EXERCISE ROUTINE ALONGSIDE STUDIO CLASSES
A selection of classes requiring little to no equipment to support core connection/activation and full body mobility during & after pregnancy and progressing onto core infused functional movement which will strengthen the whole body for mum’s everyday tasks as well as no/low impact strength/cardio circuit to build up fitness after baby. All classes are suitable and beneficial during pregnancy unless labelled as “Postnatal” (pregnancy stage may apply; see description). Most classes are around 20-30min with some shorter & some longer classes so easy to fit into the day.
Once purchased you will receive a link and unique password. Classes will be live from Monday to Sunday for the duration purchased.
